The cake features two tiers of rich red velvet cake layered with smooth cream cheese buttercream — a classic combination that’s always a hit. The exterior is decorated with intricate hand-piped black scrollwork over a clean white buttercream base, giving the cake a vintage-inspired look with a modern twist.
To top it off, I crafted custom fantasy fondant flowers in white and black, adding a soft and dramatic flourish to the top of the cake. It was the perfect final touch, tying together the elegant color palette and scroll design.
