This custom graduation cake was made for a proud NYC graduate ready to celebrate a huge milestone. The client wanted something bold, personal, and symbolic — so we designed a sleek, modern cake that captures both the excitement of graduation and the spirit of New York City.
The base of the cake features a clean white fondant canvas wrapped with a hand-cut silhouette of iconic NYC skyscrapers — a subtle nod to the city that shaped the graduate’s journey. Sitting on top is a sculpted fondant graduation cap, complete with a red tassel and matching diploma scroll, adding the perfect academic touch.
